Terms & Conditions — 55rt

The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them throughout these Terms & Conditions:

To register and maintain an active account on 55rt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or legal entity) and a resident of Indonesia.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether through 55rt's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party program.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 55rt or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not be using or attempting to use a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or identity.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 55rt platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When completing your registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a working mobile phone number.
• Not impersonate any other person or use a false identity under any circumstances.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. 55rt will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Notify 55rt immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization by contacting [email protected].
• Complete the KYC verification process when requested. Required documents may include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, together with proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.

55rt reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, provided that any undisputed real-money balance is returned to the Member via their original payment method.

4.1 Deposits. All deposits to your 55rt account must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted deposit channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and the following e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible. 55rt processes verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the FAQ and payment information sections of the platform. 55rt does not charge any withdrawal fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges for which 55rt accepts no responsibility.

4.3 KYC Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. 55rt reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until verification is satisfactorily completed. Withdrawal requests that remain unverified for more than 30 calendar days may be returned to the account balance pending member action.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the 55rt platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 55rt does not accept or process foreign currency transactions. Any currency conversion required on the member's side is the sole responsibility of the member and their financial institution.

4.5 Declined and Reversed Transactions. 55rt reserves the right to d ecline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 55rt will notify the Member and provide an opportunity to resolve the matter through the support team.

5.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 55rt platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant market or game type. A bet is only deemed accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Member. 55rt reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds or markets published in error.

5.2 Sports Betting. 55rt offers betting markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international fixtures), badminton, basketball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and additional sports as listed on the platform. Asian handicap (voor bola — a local Indonesian term for handicap betting), mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections), over/under, and outright markets are available across eligible sports.

5.3 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to change or suspension at any time. 55rt does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live market. Bets accepted during a brief suspension period may be voided at 55rt's discretion if the suspension was caused by a technical error or data feed failure.

5.4 Lottery Games. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published pool results. 55rt accepts no responsibility for delays in result publication caused by the source pool operator. Results are binding once published on the platform.

5.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games, including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and other certified providers, are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is available in the game information panel.

5.6 Prohibited Conduct. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place or manage bets.
• Arbitrage betting (exploiting pricing differences between 55rt and other operators) when conducted systematically or at scale.
• Collusion between Members, match-fixing, or any other form of corruption affecting betting outcomes.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate unintended winnings.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or acting as an agent for other bettors.

6.1 General. 55rt offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting tournaments. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any unreleased bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. 55rt reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably determines that a Member has attempted to abuse the promotional system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 55rt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in and met the triggering condition, the bonus will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

55rt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We provide Members with a suite of self-management tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion options.

All content on the 55rt platform — including but not limited to the 55rt name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, text, data feeds, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55rt or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 55rt.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55rt platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and terminates immediately upon closure of your account.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55rt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a Member's use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.2 55rt does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. 55rt will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

9.3 In the event of a technical failure that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or a game result being recorded incorrectly, 55rt reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's account. This constitutes the Member's sole remedy in such circumstances.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes 55rt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.1 Termination by the Member. A Member may request the closure of their 55rt account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

10.2 Termination by 55rt. 55rt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy).

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure by either party, the Member's licence to use the 55rt platform ceases immediately. Bonus funds and any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with clause 10.1 above, except where forfeiture applies under these terms.

55rt operates under internationally recognized licensing frameworks. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55rt holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by the applicable licensing authority.

Members accessing the 55rt platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws applicable to them. 55rt makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territory.

55rt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 55rt will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 55rt platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 10.1.
